For our approved PET tracer NeuraCeq® and our pipeline of tracers in clinical development we offer the following full-time position, to be located in our headquarter in Berlin, Germany or in Europe:
Quality Assurance Material Manager - EU
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Assure that contract manufacturers and suppliers for starting and primary packaging materials are assessed and continuously monitored for suitability and compliance to the applicable GMP regulations and LMI requirements
- Establish a close relationship with the contract manufacturers
- Manage and co-manage audits including follow-up
- Analyze and process deviations, OOS results, change control requests and complaints related to starting and primary packaging materials
- Support set-up, qualification and monitoring of US warehouse
- Establish, review and implement quality standards, specifications, parameters, analytical testing methods, manufacturing procedures and validations in compliance with international regulatory requirements
- Compilation of data for the Periodic Quality Reviews (PQR) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Support compilation of data for the yearly QA management review/ status report
Skills/ Education:
- University degree or comparable education in a science field (chemistry, biology, pharmacy or equivalent)
- Profound long-term experience in Quality Assurance in a pharmaceutical international environment
- Experience in pharmaceutical starting materials, chemicals, excipients, primary packaging and aseptic manufacturing
- Experience in GMP matters and working knowledge of EU regulatory requirements
- Experience in contractor and supplier management
- Experience in conducting audits
- Attention to detail and quality orientation
- International mindset
- Fluency in English, Mandarin would be advantage
